OPEN HOUSE 8/22-8/23. What a gem this home is with real solid wood floors and wooden beams in the living room to give it that upscale look! You walk into the laundry room where there is plenty of space to put your washer and dryer, then into a large kitchen with plenty of storage cabinets and a moveable island. Adjacent to this is the dining room with plenty of space for a large gathering. With the open concept layout, your living room is within easy access of the kitchen. To the left is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with two entrances, from the laundry room and the living room. To the right is the second full bathroom and two more bedrooms. There is a large deck outside the side door for enjoying and relaxing in the warm weather. Our clubhouse is located right on the shores of Lake Huron where we host events every month, anything from Pizza, Salad, and Movie Nights during the winter to BBQ's, Tacos and Fried Ice Cream dinners, Ice Cream Socials, and others. We also have Pinochle on Mondays, Bingo on every other Tuesday, Mexican Poker the first Wednesday of every month, regular Poker the last Friday of each month and occasionally, there is Arts & Crafts in the game room as well. No where in the park is more than a five-minute walk to our 1000+ private sandy beach, so bring your beach chairs and kayaks to paddle around the lake.
