OPEN HOUSE 8/22-8/23 NOON-4PM.This is priced "As Is". What a charmer this one is! This is on a corner lot on a peaceful street. You enter the living room through the enclosed porch to find it is so roomy! The kitchen has a curved section that extends the counter space by half again and also includes a pantry. Both bedrooms have large closets, and the bathroom has a combined washer/dryer unit. No where in our park are you more than a 5 mn walk to our 1000+ private beach and clubhouse. The clubhouse has laundry facilities as well as mailboxes, a kitchen for when you rent the building for your big events, a fitness room, and a game room. All those are open 24/7. The big room is also part of the rent agreement; during the week, it is open Mon.-Fri. 8am-4pm and includes a tv, coffee station, and a lending library. We host events every month and there is Bingo, Pinochle, Euchre, Mexican Poker, and Poker for you game players! Come check us out and meet some of our friendly residents!
